Motion Sickness is an indie-rock trio based in Sydney’s Inner West. After years of various
band incarnations, Sydney singer-songwriter Maia Marsh began working with Harry Fuller
(bass) and Cash Williams (drums) in 2018. What was seemingly another embodiment of
Marsh’s solo work, started to manifest into a brand-new project; Motion Sickness. Combining
parts of Marsh’s back catalogue of striking and introspective writing with a newly found
element of grunge and angst, the vision of the band stems from the awkward and sometimes
nauseating moments of personal and emotional progression. “For me mainly the feeling of
motion sickness is not always being comfortable with moving forward. Also, I’m quite a
