How to Redeem

Please follow these steps below to redeem your favourite gift on the Reward Points page.

Please Note

1. Each user is only entitled to redeem one gift this week. Otherwise, apart from the first one you redeemed, all the other gifts will be cancelled.

2. Please read the Redemption Rules on the 'Product Details' page before redemption, orders that do not comply with the rules will be cancelled.

3. The number of gifts is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. You need to be fast enough as it may be sold out in several seconds.

4. The Reward Points feature is available on the latest version of Boomplay, please remember to update your app in advance.
