How to Redeem
If you are using the newest version of Boomplay, please follow these steps below to redeem your favourite gift on the BoomMall page.
For older versions, the gifts that are available for redemption are displayed in the "Redeem Gifts" section in the Boomplay Reward Points page.
Please Note
1. Each user is only entitled to redeem one gift this week. Any additional gifts redeemed after the first one will be cancelled.
2. Please read the Redemption Rules on the 'Product Details' page before redeeming. Orders that do not comply with the rules will be cancelled.
3. The number of gifts is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. The most popular gifts could be sold out in seconds, so don't miss out.
4. The Reward Points feature is available on the latest version of Boomplay, please remember to update your app in advance.

There's a problem redeeming airtime nowadays! YOU'LL find Airtime in stock but when you click the redemption button it'll bug "This product is out of stock..." You'll retry over 10 times and the issue still persists untill you're fed up. You'll later come back to see it cleared. This issue should be solved please!>
