ABCDE Time Management method❗

Many books and courses have been written on time management, the irony is that people often cannot allocate time for reading or training. According to Brian Tracy's book "Eat that frog!" I studied the ABCDE method, it really brings results, so I recommend it to you.

A, B, C, D, E — levels of importance of cases. Analyze the list of tasks and prioritize from A to E. You cannot start performing tasks at a lower level until all cases with a higher priority are closed.

📌 A-level tasks are the most important, and failure to complete them will have the most serious consequences for your life and work.

📌 Level B tasks are important, but their consequences of non-fulfillment are not as serious as those of A-tasks.

📌 It is desirable to perform tasks of level С, but they do not have unpleasant consequences.

📌 Delegate Level D boldly to a subordinate, friend or colleague, depending on the situation.
