Someone's staring right back, gives me some peace of mind

Maybe it's God or maybe it's Father time

But whatever it is, I know that it's by design

You know how it goes, how the moon pulls the tide

And the mountains and valleys that sit in our eyes

It's all an ebb and flow, the circle of life

How the stars in the sky follow up with the sunrise
