All of the bodies of people I knew

Hotels and schools, filled up with ghouls

Had to put bullets in family friends

Tryna find safety in this deadly world, tryna find ways to just take me to peace

I won't rest till I've done my duty, some days I just wonder why try

But if I know myself, then I know that I'll keep going

Till I drop to my knees and I look to the sky

Walking through the fire, days at a time, my feet hurt

I wanna stop and rest, I got blood stains on my t shirt

Almost delirious, ain't seen a dream in several days

This environment, fills me with spite, sadness and pent up rage

Violence and silence are the only things that I seem to know

Bullets and blood, and guts and torture, always impose

On my positive days, negative ways stay attributing to my wasteland home

Maybe soon I'll rest my eyes, won't have to wake up, I guess I'll know (soon)
