Haywire bliss

The premise of story i e plot

By this day and age is to ask little of ourselves

As if something should happen when we read words

Where is the plot some readers will ask

And I from behind a singular wish perched perfectly poised as if to speak

I speak for it

I am a mere medium

I shall grin angelically and reassure you in no words

That there is very distinctly a plot

An action a course of events that happen in and of themselves

Breathing is only to remind you you are alive

For as a novelist

You can watch a cat breathe while it is napping

Rolling its fur over and over and over

Until it is nothing short of an amazing ocean of softness and texture

And lines going nowhere

And or yet leading your eye around quite beautifully

Like this was all meant to be

But that is not going to be the whole story and

Even I know that

I could hang by a thread

A smiling fool dancing among the dead

And as lightly as I tread

I have got brains in my head like you

I wave my flags in the sky

In the air where the energy sighs

And continuously I see

The formation of why

I spy you out the corner of my eye

On the clouds where I lie on my off days

And I am crushed by how soft

Some syllables loft

In the wavering shafts of light called unsound
