Used original

I'm an analogue contraption in a digital sterile age

Obsolete to the younger audience, a format out of range

I was spinning classics before their diapers were even wet

Part of what built a generation, a part of a complete set

My internal wear and tear give meaning to my name

A beaten up used original, not auctioned for the fame

My sentimental value, within time it will grow strong

But for every scratch I receive, I jump to a different song

I'm a first press original straight out of the box

Not in mint condition but fairly decent enough
