I've been feeling down lately

Maybe like depression, but like times 3

These past months are beyond me

I've been stressed and alone, it's exhausting

I don't know how to deal with my thoughts

I overthink and end up getting lost

I'm numb, my heart's full of frost

I cut myself off, but what was the cost?

I hurt with my words and emotional trash

I'm learning to heal, but I'm not learning fast

I'm learning to vent all of my frustration

I want to rush things because I am impatient

Hurts to know that I messed up

But that don't define me

I can get back, get back on my feet

I know I messed up and I know that I'm weak
